Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through this website, mobile app, direct with hotel or through our authorized agents.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards, Malaysia e-Wallet payment and FPX.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Any applicable taxes and fees will be added to the total price.
- A valid government-issued ID or passport may be required at the time of check-in.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any bookings that appear to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
Cancellation, Changes & Refund
- Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 72 hours before the arrival date (only applicable for those rate terms that allow cancellation and modification).
- Cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours before the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible (only applicable for those rate terms that allow cancellation and modification).
- Any changes or cancellations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- No refund request will be entertained for all non-cancellable and non-refundable bookings.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and a surcharge.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at the time of check-in.
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Children and Extra Beds
- Children aged 12 and under stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. There may be additional charges for extra beds.
- Children aged 13 and above are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
Damage and Loss
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel's property caused by themselves or their invitees.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage or loss caused by their actions.
